Colinas de los Menceyes consists of eight buildings, each with sixteen apartments. There are two beautiful pools with a children's pool, one of them heated, surrounded by spacious terraces with private lounges. The complex has a nice air-conditioned gym with new Technogym equipment.

The "La Rasca" nature reserve is located on one side and it is close to shops and bars-restaurants in Palm-Mar.
The natural coastal strip with the cozy Bahia Beach bar with volleyball court is less than a kilometer away... and all other facilities are spread out along the way.
